What is the minimum order?
Minimums are set by the manufacturer and depend on the coin specification. We confirm the minimum for your design before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Design typically takes one to two weeks depending on revisions. Production time depends on the manufacturer, specification, and quantity, and is confirmed in your quote before production starts.
Do I own the artwork?
Yes. On completion the coin artwork is yours, including production-ready files you can take to any manufacturer for future runs.
Can you work from a rough sketch or an existing logo?
Yes. A napkin sketch, a unit patch, or an existing logo is a perfectly normal starting point. We handle cleanup and adapt it to work at coin size and in metal.
Can you just do the design if we already have a manufacturer?
Yes — that is the Design-Only package. You get production-ready files and take them wherever you like.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. Once a coin has been produced, reorders are straightforward and usually cheaper, since the mold or die already exists.
