Semper Fi Design is a veteran-owned web design and digital marketing agency based in Lexington, South Carolina. Our website address is semperfi.design. You can reach us at chris@semperfi.design or 803-303-6475.
Semper Fi Design may send text messages to clients and prospective clients who provide a mobile number and opt in. Messages relate to project updates, appointment scheduling, support replies, and billing reminders.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected for SMS is shared with anyone except as strictly required to deliver the messages themselves.
Opting in to text messages is never required to purchase any product or service. Consent is collected through a box on our contact and booking forms that is not pre-selected, or provided directly to our team.
Message frequency varies with project activity, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at chris@semperfi.design or 803-303-6475.
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and details about your project. We use it to respond to you and to manage the work if you become a client. We do not sell it.
Payments are processed by third-party providers including Stripe and Square. Card details are entered directly with those providers and are never stored on our servers. We retain invoices, payment records, and the amounts and dates involved for accounting and tax purposes.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies, so you do not have to re-enter them next time. These last one year.
Visiting our login page sets a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Logging in sets cookies that save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last two days and screen options cookies last a year. Selecting "Remember Me" extends your login to two weeks. Logging out removes them.
Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, or articles. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that website directly. Those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content — including if you have an account and are logged in there.
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on page, and general location. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run our business — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and SMS delivery. We do not sell your data to anyone. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be recognised and approved automatically.
For registered users, we store the personal information provided in the user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their information at any time, except their username. Administrators can also see and edit that information.
Client project records, invoices, and payment history are retained as long as needed for the working relationship and for legal and accounting requirements afterwards.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including anything you have provided. You can also request that we erase it. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Email chris@semperfi.design to make a request.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
