What is a managed website?
A managed website is one we host, secure, update, back up, and improve for a monthly fee. You get a professional website without being responsible for the technology behind it.
What's the difference between a Care Plan and a Managed Website Subscription?
Care Plans are for websites you already have. We take over hosting, security, updates and support, month-to-month. A Managed Website Subscription is for a new website: we build it and manage it for $499 setup plus $249/month on a 24-month agreement.
Do I own my website?
On a Care Plan, yes: your site, domain and content are always yours. On a Managed Website Subscription, ownership of the website transfers to you after the 24-month agreement is complete, as described in your service agreement.
What happens after 24 months on a subscription?
You own your website and move to Business Care at $199/month, or E-commerce Care for online stores, so it stays protected and maintained.
Is there a contract?
Basic, Business and E-commerce Care are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Growth Care has a 3-month minimum. Managed Website Subscriptions use a 24-month service agreement.
What is your response-time promise?
Every Care Plan states its response time. If we miss it, that month’s plan fee is credited back to you.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Any Care Plan can be paid annually at 12 months for the price of 10.
What if I need more than my included hours?
Additional work is billed at $125/hour, and we’ll always confirm before starting. Unused hours don’t roll over.
Can you manage a website someone else built?
Yes. We start with an audit, fix what needs fixing, and move it onto a Care Plan.
What is the Command Center?
The Semper Fi Command Center is the client dashboard included with every plan. It shows your website’s health and performance reports in one place, with lead tracking and search visibility insights rolling out next.
