How long does it take to build a custom website?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the site. A simple website can take 2–4 weeks, while a more custom or feature-rich site could take 6–8 weeks. We’ll give you a more specific estimate after we chat about your needs! potential clients, and help convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
Do you provide website maintenance and updates?
Absolutely! We offer ongoing support packages for website maintenance, updates, and security to keep your site running smoothly long after launch.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Of course! We can take your existing website and give it a full makeover—improving both the design and functionality, so it’s fresh, modern, and optimized for performance. convince the visitor that you are a good fit for them.
What’s your process for graphic design projects?
We kick things off by understanding your brand and vision, then work closely with you to create designs that fit your style and needs. You’ll get a few drafts to review, and we’ll fine-tune the design until you’re 100% happy.
I’m new to WordPress, will I be able to manage my site once it’s built?
Absolutely. We make sure all our WordPress websites are user-friendly, and we’ll provide training to help you navigate your new site. You’ll be posting updates and changes like a pro in no time.
What is your return policy on products?
Since all our items are made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. That said, we want you to love what you get! To qualify for a return, the product has to be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You’ve got 7 days from the time it arrives to reach out to us.
Once we approve your return, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. After we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund your original purchase price and keep you updated throughout the process.
What’s your exchange policy?
If you’re looking to exchange or upgrade your order, we’ll do our best to make it happen! The product needs to be unused and in the same condition as when you got it. Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Once the exchange is approved, you’ll handle the shipping back to us. After we’ve received and checked it out, we’ll ship your replacement and keep you in the loop the whole way.
Got a defective item?
We aim for perfection, which is why we make all our products in-house right here in the USA. If something slips through the cracks and you get a defective or damaged item, let us know ASAP, and we’ll take care of it!
Ordered the wrong size or item but it hasn’t shipped yet?
If we haven’t started production, we’ll try to fix it for you. Just reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to modify your order before it’s too late.
