These terms govern the use of the Semper Fi Design website and the services we provide. By engaging Semper Fi Design or submitting a form on this site, you agree to the terms below.
Services
Semper Fi Design provides website design, development, hosting, website care plans, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or scope of work provided to you before work begins. Anything not named in that document is not included.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Recurring services such as website care plans and hosting bill on a repeating schedule until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring service at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund periods already served.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content, access credentials, and timely feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these will move project timelines accordingly. You confirm that any content you supply is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
SMS and text messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Semper Fi Design regarding your project, appointments, scheduling, support, and billing.
- Message frequency varies with project activity, typically a few messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ownership
On final payment, you own the website content and design deliverables produced specifically for you. Third-party components such as themes, plugins, stock assets, and fonts remain licensed under their own terms. Semper Fi Design retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms including hosting providers, payment processors, and plugin vendors. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by those providers, though we will work with you to address them.
Limitation of liability
Semper Fi Design’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date below reflects the last update.
